PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR:
BBCADRCX6A DAN BBCADRCF6A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BBCA”) pada tanggal 24 November
2025 tentang Aksi Korprorasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur BBCADRCX6A dan BBCADRCF6A
sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak
ada penyesuaian yang akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur BBCADRCX6A dan BBCADRCF6A
sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
BBCADRCX6A DAN BBCADRCF6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (“BBCA”) dated 24 th November 2025,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend.
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant BBCADRCX6A and
BBCADRCF6A as stated in the Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no
adjustment will be made to structured warrant BBCADRCX6A and BBCADRCF6A pursuant to the Cash
Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
