Pembagian Dividen Interim ini dilakukan sesuai dengan Pasal
72 ayat (1) dan ayat (4) Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007
tentang Perseroan Terbatas (“UUPT”), dan Pasal 18 anggaran
dasar Perseroan.
