Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menandatangani Perubahan Akta Perjanjian
Kredit Nomor 23 tertanggal 26 November 2025, oleh dan
antara PT Murni Sadar Tbk dengan PT Bank Mandiri, Tbk.,
Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa Perjanjian Kredit tersebut
dilaksanakan dengan ketentuan-ketentuan sebagai berikut :
a. Jenis Fasilitas
Kredit Modal Kerja Receivable Financing BPJS Kesehatan
b. Plafon
Semula : Rp. 60.000.000.000,-
Tambahan : Rp.60.000.000.000,-
Menjadi : 120.000.000.000
c. Jangka Waktu
10 Des 2025 s/d 09 Des 2026
d. Suku Bunga
7,75% per tahun floating (dapat berubah sesuai ketentuan
Bank Mandiri)
e. Agunan
- Piutang usaha sebesar Rp. 70.000.000.000,- dan
akan diikat fidusia sehingga menjadi Rp.130.000.000.000,-
- Agunan Fixed Asset secara joint collateral dan cross
default atas seluruh agunan dan seluruh fasilitas kredit di PT.

atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau anaknya.
