                                              Information Disclosure on the Change of Share Ownership of
 Type of Material Information or Facts        PT Gayo Mineral Resources

 Description of Material Information or       GMR has received a Notification Letter from the Ministry of
 Facts                                        Law and Human Rights, Number AHU-AH.01.09-0359755,
                                              regarding the Receipt of Notification of Changes to the
                                              Corporate Data of PT Gayo Mineral Resources dated 27
                                              November 2025.

                                              The Notification Letter was issued based on Notarial Deed
                                              Number 18 dated 21 November 2025 drawn up before Notary
                                              Irma Devita Purnamasari, S.H, M.Kn, concerning the
                                              amendment to the transfer of shares of GMR.

                                              Following the issuance of the Notification Letter, the
                                              composition of GMR shareholders is as follows:

                                              PT Mahadaya Imajinasi Nusantara (MIN) : 40.000 Series A
                                              shares dan 63.829.603 Series B shares (99,75%)
                                              Atlas Energy Investment Ltd :     160.000 Series A shares
                                              (0,25%)

                                              MIN is a Controlled Company, 99.75% of whose shares are
                                              owned by the Company through PT Sabina Mahardika.

                                              Previously, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources
                                              (ESDM) had issued an Approval Letter for the change in share
                                              ownership of GMR. The letter was issued based on the ESDM
                                              evaluation of the completeness of the administrative, technical,
                                              environmental, and financial requirements submitted by GMR.
