Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik
(POJK 33/2014), dengan ini disampaikan bahwa PT Pertamina
Geothermal Energy Tbk (Perseroan) telah menerima surat
pengunduran diri Bapak Julfi Hadi selaku Direktur Utama
Perseroan melalui surat tertanggal 25 November 2025.
Selanjutnya, sesuai Pasal 8 ayat (3) POJK 33/2014,
Perseroan akan menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
(RUPS) dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 90 hari kalender
sejak diterimanya surat pengunduran diri.

Description of Material Information or In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of Financial
Facts Services Authority Regulation Number 33/POJK.04/2014
concerning the Board of Directors and Board of
Commissioners of Issuers or Public Companies (POJK
33/2014), it is hereby announced that PT Pertamina
Geothermal Energy Tbk (the Company) has received a letter of
resignation from Mr. Julfi Hadi as President Director of the
Company dated 25 November 2025.
Furthermore, in accordance with Article 8 paragraph (3) of
POJK 33/2014, the Company will hold a General Meeting of
Shareholders (GMS) within a maximum period of 90 calendar
days from the receipt of the letter of resignation.
