Pengadilan Negeri Banjarbaru atas perkara nomor
117/Pid.Sus/2025/PN Bjb, pada 24 November 2025,
Perseroan mengetahui bahwa Andri Cahyadi, selaku Presiden
Komisaris Perseroan periode Mei-Desember 2012 dan periode
Oktober 2013-Maret 2021 telah dinyatakan terbukti secara sah
dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana pencucian
uang, serta dijatuhi pidana penjara selama 14 (empat belas)
tahun dan denda sejumlah Rp 3.000.000.000,00 (tiga milyar
Rupiah) dengan ketentuan apabila pidana denda tidak dibayar,
maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 5 (lima) bulan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan memastikan bahwa putusan perkara dimaksud
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,

Bjb, on November 24, 2025, the Company learned that Andri
Cahyadi, as the Company's President Commissioner for the
period May-December 2012 and the period October 2013-
March 2021, has been legally and convincingly proven guilty of
committing the crime of money laundering, and was sentenced
to imprisonment for 14 (fourteen) years and a fine of Rp.
3,000,000,000.00 (three billion Rupiah) with the provision that
if the fine is not paid, it will be replaced with imprisonment for 5
(five) months
