sold 8,189,000 shares in BUMI.
In total such indirect subsidiaries have sold 3,713,354,000
shares in BUMI.

(“Chengdong”) menjual 3.704.161.500 saham
BUMI,
(ii) Best Investment Corporation (“Best Co”) menjual
1.003.500 saham BUMI; dan
(iii) Flourish Investment Corporation (“Flourish Co”)
menjual 8.189.000 saham BUMI.
Secara keseluruhan, para anak perusahaan tidak langsung
tersebut telah menjual 3.713.354.000 saham di BUMI.

The sales of BUMI shares by Chengdong, Best Co and
Flourish Co have caused the percentage of voting rights
held by CIC in BUMI (through Chengdong as further
elaborated in section 9 of this report below) to reach 7.99%
on 18 November 2025 through the sale of 50,846,900
shares by Chengdong at an average price of 213.72 on that
date.
Best Co and Flourish Co no longer hold any shares in BUMI
after their sale of shares.

Penjualan saham BUMI oleh Chengdong, Best Co dan
Flourish Co telah menyebabkan persentase hak suara yang
dimiliki oleh CIC di BUMI (melalui Chengdong sebagaimana
dijelaskan lebih lanjut pada bagian 9 laporan ini di bawah
ini) mencapai 7,99% pada tanggal 18 November 2025
setelah penjualan 50.846.900 saham oleh Chengdong
dengan harga rata-rata 213,72 pada tanggal tersebut.
Best Co dan Flourish Co tidak lagi memiliki saham di BUMI
setelah penjualan saham mereka.
