PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN WARAN TERSTRUKTUR
EMTKDRCK6A & EMTKDRCH6A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (“EMTK”) pada tanggal 07
November 2025 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur EMTKDRCK6A & EMTKDRCH6A
sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak
ada penyesuaian yang akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur EMTKDRCK6A & EMTKDRCH6A
sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
EMTKDRCK6A & EMTKDRCH6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (“EMTK”) dated 7th November
2025, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant EMTKDRCK6A & EMTKDRCH6A
as stated in the Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be
made to structured warrant EMTKDRCK6A & EMTKDRCH6A pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
