Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan berencana untuk melanjutkan pembelian kembali
saham atas saham-saham yang telah dikeluarkan oleh
Perseroan dan tercatat pada PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (Bursa).
Ini merupakan perpanjangan kedua dari rencana pembelian
Kembali saham yang dilakukan Perseroan antara 23 Mei
sampai 22 Agustus 2025.
Jangka waktu pembelian kembali saham tersebut akan dimulai
kembali pada tanggal 21 November 2025 sampai 19 Februari
2026 namun dapat berakhir sebelum batas waktu apabila
pembelian kembali saham telah selesai.
Perkiraan jumlah maksimal biaya Pembelian Kembali Saham
adalah sebesar Rp.4.500.000.000,- termasuk biaya-biaya
perantara pedagang efek dan biaya lainnya sehubungan
dengan pembelian kembali saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan meyakini bahwa pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Saham tidak akan berdampak material terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional Perseroan. Kinerja laba per saham setelah
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pembelian kembali saham secara penuh akan berdampak
Perusahaan Publik positif terhadap EPS.

Share Buyback Plan PT Ashmore Asset Management
Type of Material Information or Facts Indonesia Tbk
Description of Material Information or The Company intends to continue buy back shares issued by
Facts the Company that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange
(IDX). This is the second extension from share buyback plan
that the Company conducted between 23 May to 22 August
2025.
The Share Buyback period is from 21 November 2025 to 19
February 2026 (inclusive) however the Share Buyback period
may end earlier in the event that the Share Buyback has been
completed.
The approximate maximum cost of the Share Buyback is
Rp.4,500,000,000 including brokerage fees and other costs
related to the Share Buyback.
Impact of event, material information or The Company believes that the implementation of the Share
facts towards Issuers or Public Buyback will not have a material impact on its operations and
Company’s operational activities, legal, financial performance. The Management believes that any
financial condition, or going concern purchased shares that are held in treasury or cancelled will
result in EPS accretion.
