A. Introduction
The Company intends to continue buy back shares issued by the Company that are
listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ("IDX"). This is the second extension from
share buyback plan that the Company conducted between 23 May to 22 August 2025.
The buyback of the Company's shares will be carried out with reference to the
provisions stipulated in Law no. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies,
Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 29/2023 concerning Buyback of
Shares Issued by Public Companies (“POJK 29/2023”), and Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 13/2023 concerning Buyback of Shares Issued by
Public Companies in Significantly Fluctuating Market Conditions (“POJK 13/2023”).

The Share Buyback period is from 21 November 2025 to 19 February 2026 (inclusive) however the Share Buyback period may end earlier in the event that the Share Buyback has been completed. The time limit period is subject to the time limit as specified in Article 9 of POJK 13/2023 which stipulates that implementation of Share Buyback must be completed within a maximum period of 3 (three) months after the date of the information disclosure. C. The Number of Shares in the Share Buyback and the Approximate Total Nominal Value of All Shares in the Share Buyback The approximate maximum cost of the Share Buyback is Rp.4,500,000,000 including brokerage fees and other costs related to the Share Buyback. In conducting the Share Buyback, the Company will continue to adhere to the maximum limits permitted in the implementation of Share Buybacks as stipulated in Article 8 POJK 13/2023 and Article 14 POJK 29/2023 and the number of outstanding shares that must be fulfilled by the Company in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. D. Explanation, Considerations and Reasons for the Buyback of the Company's Shares With the current valuation below its historical average, implementing a buyback program aligns with management's long-term outlook for the industry and the Company, as it optimizes capital management and creates value for shareholders. Shares purchased in the program may be used to satisfy employee equity awards made under the Company's annual share ownership program. Any shares purchased under the Share Buyback and not used for the annual share ownership program will be treated by the Company according to Article 21 POJK 29/2023. E. The Expected Decline in the Company's Revenues as a Result of the Implementation of the Share Buyback and the Impact on the Company's Financing Costs According to Company’s analysis, the implementation of the Share Buyback will not have an impact on the Company's revenues. It will not have a material impact on the operational activities or financing of the Company, and the Company has sufficient capital and cash to conduct the Share Buyback. F. Performance of the Company's Earnings per Share After the Implementation of the Share Buyback Plan The Company believes that the implementation of the Share Buyback will not have a material impact on its operations and financial performance. The Management believes that any purchased shares that are held in treasury or cancelled will result in EPS accretion.

G. Limitation of the Period of Share Buyback
The Share Buyback by the Company must be completed no later than 3 (three) months
after the date of Information Disclosure to the public.
H. Share Buyback Method
The Share Buyback of shares will be conducted in accordance with Article 10 POJK
29/2023.
As the buyback of shares is conducted through IDX, the Company will appoint 1 (one)
broker to conduct the buyback of shares.
Progress of the buyback will be reported on the day buyback is conducted in
accordance with Article 12 POJK 13/2023.
I. Management Discussion and Analysis Regarding the Effect of Share Buyback on
the Company's Future Business Activities and Growth
The implementation of the Share Buyback is expected to have minimal impact on the
Company's business activities, operations and growth as the allocated funds for the
Share Buyback are immaterial and therefore shall have minimal impact on the
working capital requirements of the Company.
J. Source of Funds Used for Share Buyback
The source of funds to be used for the Share Buyback comes from Company’s existing
cash. The source of funding has fulfilled the provision of POJK 29/2023.
K. Share Transfer Plan From Share Buyback
After the end of the Share Buyback period, the Company may transfer the shares
resulting from the Share Buyback subject to the provisions of POJK 29/2023.
