(“Perseroan”) menyampaikan tanggapan kepada BEI sebagai berikut: Pertanyaan 1: Klarifikasi atas kebenaran berita tersebut. Pemberitaan tersebut sesuai dengan yang telah Perseroan sampaikan sebelumnya: 1. Pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2024 melalui surat nomor 0066/ARCHI/8/2024/G, Perseroan telah melakukan Keterbukaan Informasi mengenai Pembentukan Usaha Patungan antara Perseroan dengan PT Ormat Geothermal Indonesia, yaitu PT Toka Tindung Geothermal (“PT TTG”). 2. Pada tanggal 19 Juni 2025, melalui Paparan Publik, Perseroan telah menyampaikan rencana lanjutan terkait dengan PT TTG, antara lain telah mendapatkan ijin panas bumi pada tanggal 13 Juni 2025 and menargetkan pembangunan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Panas Bumi (PLTP) dengan kapasitas sebesar -40 Megawatt. Dear Sir, In connection with Indonesia Stock Exchange (PT Bursa Efek Indonesia - IDX) letter no S- 12832/BEI.PP1/11-2025 dated 11 November 2025 regarding Mass Media News, PT Archi Indonesia Tbk. (the “Company) hereby Submit the response to IDX as follows: Guestion 1: Clarification of the validIity of the news. The news aligns with the Company's previous statements: 1. On August 23, 2024, through letter number 0066/ARCHI/8/2024/G, the Company has conveyed an Information Disclosure regarding the Establishment of a Joint Venture between the Company and PT Ormat Geothermal Indonesia. 2 On June 19, 2025, through a Public Expose, the Company has conveyed further plans related to PT TTG, including obtaining a geothermal permit on June 13, 2025 and targeting the construction of a Geothermal Power Plant (PLTP) with a capacity of “40 Megawatts. Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki informasi atau kejadian penting lainnya yang bersifat material dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup Perseroan seria dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. Apabila terdapat informasi atau fakta material yang perlu diungkapkan kepada publik, Perseroan akan senantiasa mematuhi kewajiban penyampaian informasi terkait informasi atau fakta material sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan Peraturan I-E.
