  KBank Now Officially Owns 89.48% of Bank Maspion, Strengthening Its
                  Role as the Regional Bank of Choice

        Jakarta, 11 November 2025 - Kasikornbank (KBank) has reinforced its strategic
vision to become the “A Regional Bank of Choice” by officially increasing its shareholding in
PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk (Bank Maspion) to 89.48%. This milestone marks a
significant step in deepening strategic collaboration and expanding KBank’s regional
business foundation with long-term stability.

        Indonesia is a key market supporting the growth of clients across the AEC+3 region,
particularly in building an efficient cross-border financial network. With a GDP exceeding
USD 1.4 trillion and a population of around 285 million, more than 70% of whom are of
working age, Indonesia presents strong economic fundamentals. According to McKinsey,
The country leads ASEAN in foreign direct investment (FDI), with over IDR 208 trillion
(approximately USD 12.5 billion) in inflows, driven by robust domestic consumption,
infrastructure development (ports, airports, digital systems), and government policies that
promote long-term investment. Indonesia has also become a prime destination under the
“China+1” strategy, as global companies diversify their production bases across ASEAN.
These factors make Indonesia a strategic market with significant growth potential, and

developing a full suite of integrated financial solutions, transferring knowledge, technology,
and product structures from KBank to Bank Maspion. These include business loans, cash
management, cross-border transactions, supply chain financing, trade finance, and
syndicated loans tailored to cross-border business needs.

       KBank also pursues a partnership-driven strategy, leveraging its AEC+3 network to
connect regional financial ecosystems. This collaboration enables Thai and AEC+3 clients
