Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (“SIDO”) pada
tanggal 31 Oktober 2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai keputusan
Direksi yang telah disetujui Dewan Komisaris pada tanggal 29 Oktober 2025, SIDO menyampaikan
rencana pembagian Dividen Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2025 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

Referring to disclosure of information of PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (“SIDO”) dated
31st October 2025, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed in accordance with the
Board of Directors' decision approved by the Board of Commissioners on the date 29 th October 2025,
has resolved, SIDO had a plan for the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2025, which will be
paid as follows:
