membukukan marketing sales sebesar Rp1,9 triliun atau
setara 45% dari total target tahunan perusahaan, dan
meningkat sebesar 66% secara tahunan. Dibandingkan
semester pertama 2025, pertumbuhan marketing sales PANI
tahun ini menunjukan hasil yang lebih baik, pencapaian ini
menjadi cerminan posisi PANI sebagai salah satu
pengembang kawasan dengan ekosistem terintegrasi
terdepan di Indonesia. Di tengah kondisi ekonomi yang
diakibatkan oleh tantangan global saat ini yang menyebabkan
lonjakan inflasi bahan pokok terutama BBM, serta sikap
konsumen yang semakin selektif, PANI membuktikan
resiliensinya dengan mempertahankan performa pertumbuhan
yang solid, didorong dengan beragam produk serta ekosistem
kawasan terpadu PIK2 yang semakin matang dan bernilai
tinggi.

Description of Material Information or At the close of the first half of 2026, PANI successfully
Facts recorded marketing sales of Rp1.9 trillion, equivalent to 45% of
the companys total annual target, representing a 66% year-
over-year increase. Compared to the first half of 2025, PANIs
marketing sales growth this year showed even better results;
this achievement reflects PANIs position as one of Indonesias
leading developers of integrated ecosystems. Amid economic
conditions caused by current global challenges which have led
to a surge in inflation for basic commodities, particularly fuel as
well as increasingly selective consumer behaviour, PANI has
demonstrated its resilience by maintaining solid growth
performance, driven by a diverse product portfolio and the
increasingly mature and high-value integrated PIK2
development ecosystem.
