                  Cemindo Continues Its Positive Performance Momentum
                                 in the First Half of 2026

Jakarta, 30 July 2026 – PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk ("Cemindo" or the "Company") maintained
its positive performance momentum in the first half of 2026, delivering year-on-year growth
in consolidated operating profit and EBITDA. The Company's performance reflects disciplined
execution of its commercial strategy and continued operational efficiency, enabling it to
navigate a dynamic industry environment and elevated energy costs. As a result, the Company
successfully delivered revenue and EBITDA growth despite the continued challenging cost
environment.

Amid a gradual recovery in market conditions, Indonesia's domestic cement market recorded
approximately 10% year-on-year growth in the first half of 2026. The improvement was
supported by accelerated government spending, public infrastructure revitalisation projects,
regional development initiatives, and stronger construction activity. Nevertheless, the pace
of recovery in the property sector and household purchasing power remains an important
factor to monitor in assessing the sustainability of demand growth.
