Mengutamakan Produk Hemat
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan berhasil mencatatkan pertumbuhan solid sepanjang
Semester I 2026. Perseroan membukukan pertumbuhan
pendapatan sebesar 24,5% year on year (YoY) menjadi Rp4,6
triliun, dengan laba kotor naik 15,7% YoY menjadi Rp2,4 triliun
dan laba bersih tumbuh 16,4% ke Rp590,7 miliar. Capaian ini
merupakan wujud atas relevansi proposisi nilai Perseroan
dengan preferensi pelanggan yang semakin cermat dalam
berbelanja.
Jumlah transaksi Perseroan tumbuh 23,3% dibandingkan
Semester I 2026, didukung perluasan jaringan serta
peningkatan permintaan terhadap produk berkualitas dengan
harga terjangkau. Pencapaian ini kembali mencerminkan
relevansi proposisi nilai Perseroan dalam menjawab
kebutuhan konsumen di tengah dinamika pasar. Pada paruh
pertama 2026, Perseroan membuka 130 toko baru sehingga
keseluruhan jaringan Perseroan mencapai 1.349 toko di
seluruh Indonesia.

Press Release - MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia Delivers 25% Revenue
Type of Material Information or Facts Growth in H1 2026 as Consumers Continue to Prioritise Value
Description of Material Information or The Company delivered solid growth in the first half of 2026.
Facts The Company recorded a 24.5% revenue increase YoY to IDR
4.6 trillion, with gross profit growing 15.7% YoY to IDR 2.4
trillion, and net profit rising 16.4% YoY to IDR 590.7 billion.
The results reflect the continued relevance of the value
proposition of the Company as Indonesian consumers become
increasingly selective with household spending.
Total customer transactions of the Company increased 23.3%
year on year, supported by an expanding store network and
continued demand for value for money products. The increase
reinforces the relevance of the value proposition of the
Company in a dynamic consumer environment. During the first
half of 2026, the Company opened 130 new stores and ended
the period with 1,349 stores nationwide.
