Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material CBDK menorehkan kinerja solid dengan pertumbuhan impresif
di seluruh lini pada Kuartal III 2025. Mencatat kinerja
keuangan yang luar biasa hingga kuartal ketiga tahun 2025,
menembus rekor tertinggi sejak berdiri. Pada periode ini,
CBDK mencatat laba bersih Rp1,4 triliun, tumbuh 74% YoY,
seiring momentum positif pasca IPO dan realisasi proyek-
proyek strategis di kawasan ikonik PIK2. Hingga 30
September 2025, pendapatan CBDK mencapai Rp2,3 triliun,
tumbuh 45% YoY dan menjadi rekor tertinggi sepanjang
sejarah Perusahaan. Pertumbuhan ini turut mengangkat laba
kotor sebesar 71% YoY menjadi Rp1,6 triliun, sementara laba
operasi meningkat 76% YoY menjadi Rp1,4 triliun.

Facts across all business lines in the third quarter of 2025. CBDK
delivered exceptional financial performance through the third
quarter of 2025, reaching the highest record since its
establishment. During this period, CBDK recorded a net profit
of Rp1.4 trillion, growing 74% YoY, supported by positive post
IPO momentum and the realization of strategic projects in the
iconic PIK2 area. As of September 30, 2025, CBDKs revenue
reached Rp2.3 trillion, up 45% YoY, marking the highest level
in the Companys history. This growth also lifted gross profit by
71% YoY to Rp1.6 trillion, while operating profit increased 76%
YoY to Rp1.4 trillion.
