pencapaian luar biasa. Hingga 30 September 2025,
pendapatan PANI mencapai Rp3,1 triliun, naik 48% dibanding
periode yang sama tahun lalu, dengan laba bersih yang dapat
diatribusikan kepada entitas induk sebesar Rp791 miliar,
tumbuh 62% YoY. Capaian ini menjadi rekor tertinggi
sepanjang sejarah PANI, seiring percepatan serah terima unit
rumah tapak, produk komersial seperti Ruko, Rukan, SOHO
dan penguatan tanah komersial di kawasan PIK2.

Facts results. As of September 30, 2025, PANIs revenue reached
IDR 3.1 trillion, an increase of 48% compared to the same
period last year, while net profit attributable to the parent entity
rose 62% YoY to IDR 791 billion. This achievement marks the
highest record in PANIs history, driven by the accelerated
handover of residential and commercial products such as shop
houses, shop office, and SOHO units, as well as the
strengthening of the commercial land segment in the PIK2
area.
