Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan surat kami Nomor 022/CRSC/V/2025
tanggal 22 Mei 2025 perihal Keterbukaan Informasi atas
Pendirian Anak Usaha dari PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk
dengan nama PT Astro Acro Abadilestari, bersama ini kami
sampaikan klarifikasi atas kekeliruan dalam penyampaian
informasi tersebut.
Bahwa setelah dilakukan penelaahan lebih lanjut, PT Astro
Acro Abadilestari bukan merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT
Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk, melainkan entitas tempat
Perseroan memiliki investasi saham minoritas sebesar 0,5%
(nol koma lima persen). Dengan demikian, Perseroan tidak
memiliki pengendalian maupun pengaruh signifikan terhadap
entitas tersebut, sehingga tidak termasuk dalam kategori anak
perusahaan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam peraturan Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan.
Kekeliruan dalam surat sebelumnya merupakan kesalahan
penyebutan istilah semata, dan tidak terdapat perubahan
substansi terhadap laporan keuangan maupun kegiatan
operasional Perseroan.

Clarification of Information Disclosure on the Establishment of

Description of Material Information or With reference to our letter No. 022/CRSC/V/2025 dated 22
Facts May 2025 regarding Disclosure of Information on the
Establishment of a Subsidiary of PT Samcro Hyosung
Adilestari Tbk under the name PT Astro Acro Abadilestari, we
hereby provide clarification on the error in the information
provided.
Upon further review, PT Astro Acro Abadilestari is not a
subsidiary of PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk, but rather an
entity in which the Company holds a minority shareholding of
0.5% (zero point five percent). Therefore, the Company does
not have control or significant influence over this entity, and
thus it does not fall under the category of a subsidiary as
defined by the Financial Services Authority regulations.
The error in the previous letter was merely a misnomer, and
there has been no substantive change to the Company's
financial statements or operational activities.
