Tangerang dan bergerak di bidang perdagangan
besar suku cadang dan aksesoris mobil,
perdagangan besar atas dasar balas jasa (fee) atau
kontrak, perdagangan besar mesin kantor dan
industri — pengolahan, suku cadang dan
perlengkapannya, perdagangan besar alat
transportasi darat (bukan mobil, sepeda motor, dan
sejenisnya), suku cadang dan perlengkapannya,
perdagangan besar mesin, peralatan dan
perlengkapannya, aktivitas perusahaan holding,
dan aktivitas konsultasi manajemen lainnya , serta
pendiriannya telah mendapat persetujuan dari

Companies, we hereby submit the Disclosure
regarding the establishment of a new subsidiary of
PT Samcro Hyosung Adilestari Tbk ("the
Company") as follows:

The Company established a new subsidiary, namely
PT Astro Acro Abadilestari. domiciled in
Tangerang and engaged in wholesale trade in
dutomobile parts and accessories, wholesale trade
on a fee or contract basis, wholesale trade in office
and processing industry machinery, parts and
eguipment, wholesale trade in land transportation
eguipment (not automobiles, motorcycles, and the
like), parts and eguipment, wholesale trade in
machinery, eguipment and eguipment, activities of
holding companies, and other management
consulting activities, and its establishment has been
approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights
of the Republic of Indonesia based on Decree

The composition of the Company's share ownership in PT Astro Acro Abadilestari is 0,546 Impact on Operating Activities dibentuknya entitas anak Perseroan baru diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi Perseroan. Dampak terhadap Hukum Tidak ada. Dampak terhadap Kondisi Keuangan Kondisi keuangan Perseroan tidak terdampak signifikan. Dengan adanya pembentukan entitas anak baru, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif di masa mendatang bagi Perseroan, sehingga akan berdampak positif pada laporan keuangan konsolidasi. Dalam hal terdapat perbedaan penafsiran informasi yang diumumkan dalam Bahasa Inggris dan Bahasa Indonesia, maka informasi yang digunakan sebagai acuan adalah informasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia. By establishing a new subsidiary, it is expected to provide a positive contribution in the future for the Company, so that it will have a positive impact on the consolidated Jinancial statements. In the event there is any difference between interpreting the information notified in the English language and the Indonesian language, the Indonesian language will be used as a reference of information.
