MAA DELIVERS SOLID Q3 2025 RESULTS WITH CONTINUED REVENUE GROWTH
Jakarta, October 31st, 2025 – PT Map Ak3f Adiperkasa Tbk (MAA), the sports, kids and leisure
subsidiary of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP), today announced its Q3 and 9M 2025 results.
During the 9-month period, MAA posted net revenue growth of 12.3% YoY to Rp13.9 trillion. Gross
profit increased by 12.8% to Rp6.5 trillion. Opera3ng profit grew to Rp1.7 trillion from Rp1.6 trillion
in the corresponding period last year, and EBITDA amounted to Rp2.1trillion. Moreover, net profit
went up by 5.5% YoY to Rp1.1 trillion.
In the third quarter, MAA’s net revenue grew by 13.6% to Rp5.2 trillion. Gross profit increased by
12.3% to Rp2.4 trillion, with opera3ng profit growth of 10.9% to Rp726 billion, and EBITDA reached
Rp869 billion. The Company achieved a net profit of Rp494 billion during the quarter.

In response to evolving consumer preferences, MAA con3nues to focus on delivering a beier
customer experience in its offline and online channels. Ahead of the upcoming holiday period, the
Company is gearing up with fresh product offerings and curated assortments to capture demand
in its mul3-channel network, aimed to sustain business momentum through year-end and support
long-term growth.
