1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya

diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan
Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik?

Jawaban:

Sampai dengan saat ini dan
pengetahuan Perseroan, tidak ada informasi
atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi
nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi
para investor, sebagaimana diatur dalam
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“POJK”)
Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan
Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau
Perseroan Publik sebagaimana diubah sebagian
dalam POJK No. 45 Tahun 2024 tentang
Pengembangan dan Penguatan Emiten dan
Perusahaan Publik, yang belum disampaikan
kepada publik sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.

Terkait peningkatan aktivitas perdagangan
saham, Perseroan menduga hal ini terkait
dengan masuknya saham Perseroan dalam
Indeks BEI LA45 yang mungkin mendorong
peningkatan minat jual dan beli saham
Perseroan.

informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban

Sampai dengan saat ini dan
pengetahuan Perseroan, tidak ada informasi
atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi
nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi

Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Menyampaikan
Informasi ketentuan poin III.2.1. dan IV.2.1.

Is the Company aware of any material information
or facts that may affect the value of company
stock or investors' investment decisions as
stipulated in the Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by
Issuers or Public Companies?

Answer:

As of now and to the best of the Companys
knowledge, there is no information or material fact
that could affect the value of the Company's stock
or the investment decisions of investors, as
governed in the Financial Services Authority
Regulation ("POJK") Number 31/POJK.04/2015
concerning Disclosure of Information or Material
Facts by Issuers or Public Companies as partially
amended in the POJK No. 45 Year 2024 regarding
Development and Reinforcement of Issuers and
Public Companies, that has not been disclosed to
the public in accordance with the applicable
regulations. Regarding the increase in stock trading
activity, the Company suspects this is related to the
inclusion of the Company's shares in the IDX LO4S
Index, which may have driven increased interest in
buying and selling of the Company's shares.

Is the Company aware of any material information
or facts that may affect the value of the company's
stock or investors' investment decisions as
stipulated in Regulation Number I-E: Obligation to
Submit Information provisions of point IIl.2.1. and
IV.2.1. Attachment to the Decree of the Board of

Answer:

As of now and to the best of the Company's
knowledge, there is no information or material fact
that could affect the value of the Company's stock
or the investment decisions of investors as governed
in Regulation Number I-E: Obligation to Submit
Information provisions of points IIl.2.1. and IV.2.1.
Attachment to the Board of Directors of BEI No. Kep-
00015/BEI/01-2021 as amended by  Kep-
00066/BE/09-2022, that has not been disclosed to
the public in accordance with the applicable

Komisaris, pihak yang baik secara langsung
maupun tidak langsung memiliki saham
Perseroan paling sedikit 596, dan/atau pihak yang
merupakan pengendali Perseroan, yang
dilaporkan kepada Perseroan dan wajib
dilaporkan kepada OJK sesuai dengan ketentuan
yang diatur dalam POJK 11/2017 sebagaimana
telah digantikan dengan POJK No. 4 tahun 2024
tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap
Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan
Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan
Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu

Sampai dengan saat dan sepanjang
pengetahuan Perseroan, Perseroan belum
memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan
korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana
korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di BEI (paling tidak
dalam 3 bulan mendatang).

Ownership or Any Change in Ownership of Public
Companies Shares (“POJK 11/2027”)?

Answer:

As of now and to the best of the Company's
knowledge, there are no activities resulting in the
ownership or change in ownership of shares by
members of the Board of Directors, Board of
Commissioners, other parties who directly or
indirectly own at least 596 of the Company's shares,
and/or the controller of the Company, which have
been reported to the Company and are reguired to
be reported to OJK in accordance with the
provisions governed in POJK 11/2017 as replaced by
POJK No. 4 year 2024 concerning the Report on
Ownership or Any Change in Ownership of Public
Company Shares and the Report on Activities of
Pledging Public Company Shares.

Does the Company have plans to perform
corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will affect the listing of the
Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least
in the next 3 months)?

Answer:

As of now and to the best of the Company's
knowledge, the Company does not have any plans
to undertake corporate actions in the near future,
including corporate plans that would affect the
listing of the Company's shares on the BEI (at least
within the next 3 months).
