Tantangan Industri Properti
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Kondisi ekonomi makro saat ini masih dihadapkan pada
tantangan yang cukup signifikan. Tekanan inflasi dan
penurunan daya beli masyarakat segmen menengah masih
terasa di sejumlah sektor, khususnya sektor properti. Di
tengah situasi tersebut, PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk
(ADCP) terus berupaya menjaga kinerja operasional secara
adaptif. Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan hingga Triwulan III
Tahun 2025 masih menghadapi tekanan, namun Perseroan
tetap melanjutkan langkah penyehatan keuangan, efisiensi
biaya, dan optimalisasi aset untuk mendukung perbaikan
berkelanjutan dan menjaga prospek pertumbuhan jangka
panjang.
