3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Perseroan telah menandatangani Perjanjian Kredit dengan Bank Mandiri untuk
Material / penambahan Limit Fasilitas Kredit Modal Kerja Transaksional menjadi Rp
Description of Information or 400.000.000.000,- (empat ratus miliar rupiah) dan Pemberian Fasilitas
Material Facts Kredit Investasi – 2-3 sejumlah Rp 450.000.000.000 (empat ratus lima
puluh miliar rupiah).
Signing of the Increase of the Working Capital Credit Facility Limit to Rp
400,000,000,000 (four hundred billion rupiah) and Provision of Investment Credit
Facility - 2 -3 amounting to Rp 450,000,000,000 (four hundred fifty billion rupiah).
Juga Perseroan melakukan Penanda tanganan Penambahan Fasilitas Kredit
dengan Bank Central Asia (“BCA”) yaitu penambahan Fasilitas Time Loan
Revolving dengan total fasilitas menjadi Rp 650.000.000.000, - (enam ratus
lima puluh milyar) dan Fasilitas Kredit Lokal menjadi Rp
100.000.000.000,- (seratus milyar)
The Company also signed an Addition of Credit Facility with Bank Central
Asia (“BCA”) which is an addition of Time Loan Revolving Facility with a total
facility of Rp 650,000,000,000 (six hundred fifty billion) and Local Credit
Facility of Rp 100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion)
Sehingga total keseluruhan Perseroan mendapatkan fasilitas kredit dari
Bank Mandiri dan Bank Central Asia adalah total Rp 1.600.000.000.000,- (Satu
trilyun enamratus milyar rupiah)
Therefore, the total overall of the Company receives credit facilities from Bank
Mandiri and Bank Central Asia is a total of Rp 1,600,000,000,000,-
(One trillion six hundred billion rupiah)
Dana Fasilitas Kredit dari Bank Mandiri dan BCA, akan Perseroan
gunakan untuk:
1. Penambahan Modal Kerja Perseroan
2. Pengembangan Usaha Bisnis atas rencana penambahan KBLI
a. Sapi Perah dan Produk Turunannya (Susu, Keju)
b. Penggemukan Kerbau
c. Pengembangan Rantai Gudang Pendingin.

The Credit Facility Fund from Bank Mandiri and BCA, will be used by the
Company to:
1. Increase in Company Working Capital
2. Business Development for the plan to add KBLI
a. Dairy Cattle and their derivatives (Milk, Cheese)
b. Buffalo Fattening
c. Development of Cold Storage Chains.
