Q3 2025 RESULTS
Tangerang, October 30, 2025 – PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk (“Company” / “MPPA”) today announced its
performance results for the third quarter of 2025. The Company delivered stable topline performance,
reflecting resilient customer demand amid a challenging retail environment. The positive momentum of
MPPA’s rebranding initiative launched on August 28, 2025 has further strengthened the Company’s brand
presence and reinforced customer engagement across Indonesia.

Performance Overview
In the third quarter, MPPA’s sales remained stable at IDR 5,474 billion, supported by consistent customer
footfall and solid performance from core retail formats. Gross profit grew slightly by 0.4%, demonstrating
continued efficiency in inventory and margin management despite market pressures.
Over the past several quarters, the Company has shown consistent progress in its turnaround journey,
focusing on improving store productivity, optimizing product assortment, and strengthening operational
execution. These ongoing initiatives have resulted in stable topline performance and gradual
improvement in key operational metrics, reflecting stronger business fundamentals and disciplined
management execution.
Rebranding Momentum
The rebranding launch on August 28, 2025, marked an important milestone in MPPA’s ongoing effort to
rejuvenate its image and strengthen emotional connection with customers. The refreshed visual identity,
store design, and communication approach aim to position MPPA as a modern, approachable, and family-
oriented retailer that continues to serve the daily needs of Indonesian households.
