Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah mendirikan 2 (dua) anak perusahaan baru
sebagai berikut ;
- PT Raharja Energi Indonesia dengan kepemilikan
saham sebesar 99% atau sejumlah nominal Rp. 495.000.000
(empat ratus sembilan puluh lima juta Rupiah) melalui Akta
Pendirian Nomor 13 tanggal 27 Oktober 2025 dan telah
memperoleh pengesahan dari Kementerian Hukum dan Hak
Asasi Manusia dengan Nomor Surat Keputusan 0092542.AH.
01.01.TAHUN 2025 tertanggal 28 Oktober 2025
Anak perusahaan bergerak dibidang industri energi, dengan
fokus pada kegiatan usaha eksplorasi, produksi, serta
pengelolaan sumber daya gas alam dan kegiatan
penunjangnya.
- PT Raharja Energi Negeri dengan kepemilikan
saham sebesar 99% atau sejumlah nominal Rp. 495.000.000
(empat ratus sembilan puluh lima juta Rupiah) melalui Akta
Pendirian Nomor 14 tanggal 27 Oktober 2025 dan telah
memperoleh pengesahan dari Kementerian Hukum dan Hak
Asasi Manusia dengan Nomor Surat Keputusan AHU-
0092544.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2025 tertanggal 28 Oktober 2025.
Anak perusahaan bergerak dibidang industri energi, dengan
fokus pada kegiatan usaha eksplorasi, produksi, serta
pengelolaan sumber daya gas alam dan kegiatan
penunjangnya.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendirian PT Raharja Energi Indonesia dan PT Raharja Energi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Negeri saat ini tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kondisi keuangan Perseroan.

Ministry of Law and Human Rights with Decree Number

The subsidiary is engaged in the energy industry, focusing on
exploration, production, and management of natural gas
resources and supporting activities.
- PT Raharja Energi Negeri with a 99% shareholding or a
nominal amount of Rp. 495,000,000 (four hundred ninety-five
million Rupiah) through Deed of Establishment Number 14
dated October 27, 2025 and has obtained approval from the
Ministry of Law and Human Rights with Decree Number AHU-
