Pr MKR corporindo Tbk 3 | Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Pada tanggal 24 Oktober 2025, PT Anugerah Krida € Material Retailindo berkedudukan di Jakarta Barat (“AKRIDA”), anak perusahaan Perseroan, telah menandatangani akta peningkatan — modal ditempatkan dan disetor, menjadi sebagai berikut: Modal Ditempatkan dan Modal Disetor - Semula : Rp. 1.048.165.000.000,- - Menjadi : Rp. 1.056.565.000.000,- v Adapun peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor AKRIDA tersebut sejumlah Rp. 8.400.000.000,- | “ diambil bagian serta disetor penuh seluruhnya oleh Perseroan. Dana yang diperoleh AKRIDA akan digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan usaha AKRIDA dan/atau untuk permodalan anak-anak perusahaan AKRIDA.
