PMHMETD pada tanggal 22 Juli 2025 dengan menerbitkan
sebanyak-banyaknya 4.026.581.429 saham baru dengan nilai
nominal Rp 50 per saham
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berdampak pada perubahan persentase kepemilikan saham
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan para Pemegang Saham
