Based on the provisions of Regulation I-E of the Indonesia Stock Exchange
Number Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 concerning the Obligation to Submit Information,
Article 1!1.1.1.4., PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. (the “Company”) submits an
explanation for changes of more than 2046 in the Unaudited Interim Financial
Statement for the period January 1", 2025 — September 30", 2025, with the
following explanation:

The Interim Statement of Financial Position, it can be conveyed that the
Company's Total Assets and Liabilities as of September 30" 2025 did not
change by more than 2075 compared to the Company's Total Assets and
Liabilities as of December 31"1, 2024.

Total Company's Assets

The Company's Total Assets at the end of September 30", 2025 were
recorded at IDR 634,253,948,049 while at the end of December 315, 2024 the
Company recorded Total Assets of IDR 637,383,120,724.

The Company's Total Assets at the end of September 30", 2025 was
decreased by IDR 3,129,172,675 or decreased by 0.49” compared to the
Company's Total Assets at the end of December 31:t, 2024.

Total Company's Liabilities

The Company's Total Liabilities at the end of September 30", 2025 were
recorded at IDR 184,043,331,593 while at the end of December 315t, 2024 the
Company recorded a Total Liabilities of IDR 204,086,954,705. /

The Company's Total Liabilities at the end of September 30", 2025 was
decreased by IDR 20,043,623,112 or decreased 9.82” compared to the
Company's Total Liabilities in the period of December 31"t, 2024.
