Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 24 Oktober 2025, Perseroan dan PT Jaringan
Solusi Teknik (JST) telah menandatangani Perjanjian jual beli
aset (Perjanjian) nomor: 174/PERSADA/LCC.PKS/X-25 yang
merupakan Transaksi Afiliasi berupa jual beli aset berupa
generator set (genset).
Tujuan Transaksi untuk efisiensi, efektivitas dan
memanfaatkan penggunaan aset dari perusahaan afiliasi bagi
kegiatan operational Perseroan (dalam penyediaan perangkat
untuk lini bisnis jasa Technical Services). Dan juga untuk
mendukung optimalisasi asset idle di JST guna membangun
sinergi antara perusahaan afiliasi.
Nilai Transaksi perjanjian ini sebesar Rp1.403.698.958,-
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini berdampak positif, dan tidak ada dampak yang
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan merugikan terhadap kegiatan usaha Perseroan, kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan, dan Transaksi ini meningkatkan sinergi antara
Perusahaan Publik perusahaan afilasi.

Description of Material Information or On October 24, 2025, The Company and PT Jaringan Solusi
Facts Teknik (JST) have signed an asset sale and purchase
agreement (Agreement) number: 174/PERSADA/LCC.PKS/X-
25 which is a related party transaction in the form of the sale
and purchase of assets such as generators set (genset).
The objective of transaction for efficiency, efficiency,
effectiveness, and utilizing assets from affiliated companies for
the Company's operational activities (in providing equipment
for the Technical Services business line). It also aims to
support the optimization of idle assets at JST to build synergy
between affiliated companies.
The transaction value of this agreement is Rp1,403,698,958.
Impact of event, material information or This transaction has a positive impact and there is no adverse
facts towards Issuers or Public impact on the Company's business activities, operational
Company’s operational activities, legal, activities, legal, financial condition, business continuity of the
financial condition, or going concern Company, and this Transaction increases the synergy
