In accordance with the letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. S-11991/BEI.PP1/10-2025 dated October
20, 2025 regarding the Explanation Request on News Circulating in the Mass Media, We hereby informed that
PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (“ ANTAM ”/“the Company ”) respects and fully supports the efforts of the Corruption
Eradication Commission ( “KPK”) in enforcing the law concerning alleged corruption, as reported in circulating
news.

The Company takes firm steps against any actions that are against the law and are detrimental to the Company,
including reporting allegations of corruption in the processing of metal anodes to the KPK for further legal
proceedings. We would like to informed that the investigation involving former ANTAM officials was conducted
in their capacity as witnesses to support the case disclosure.

ANTAM ensures that all operational activities and customer services continue to run        as usual . The Company
consistently upholds integrity and is committed to implementing business practices aligned with              Good
Corporate Governance , by complying with applicable regulations across all business lines. Furthermore, ANTAM
continues to strengthen its internal control systems, compliance frameworks, and collaboration mechanisms
with business partners to ensure that all activities are carr ied out in accordance with regulations and integrity
principles.

ANTAM remains committed to cooperating with the KPK and other relevant authorities, and to ensuring that all
legal processes are conducted transparently and accountably, in support of efforts to eradicate corruption within
the national mining sector.
