MAA MAINTAINS SOLID GROWTH MOMENTUM

Jakarta, July 29th, 2026 – PT Map Ak3f Adiperkasa Tbk (MAA), the sports, kids and leisure subsidiary
of PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP), today announced its results for Q2 & H1 2026.

In the first half of 2026, MAA recorded net revenue growth of 15.1% to Rp10.1 trillion, while gross
profit reached Rp4.8 trillion. Opera3ng profit grew 25.6% to Rp1.2 trillion, with EBITDA stood at
Rp2.0 trillion. Net profit for the period rose 32% to Rp865 billion.

For the second quarter of 2026, MAA delivered net revenue growth of 15.5% to Rp5.2 trillion.
Gross profit reached Rp2.4 trillion, while opera3ng profit rose 22.4% to Rp595 billion, and EBITDA
amounted to Rp1.0 trillion. Net profit for the quarter increased 23.9% to Rp392 billion.

“Our second quarter performance reflects the resilience of our poraolio and our ability to adapt
to evolving market condi3ons. Following a sober April aber the Lebaran season, customer ac3vity
gradually strengthened in May, supported by a series of public holidays. Posi3ve momentum
con3nued into June during school holiday season, allowing us to close the period on a solid note,"
said Ra3h D. Gianda, VP of Investor Rela3ons, Corporate Communica3ons and Sustainability at
MAP Group.

As part of its strategy to strengthen its presence, MAA con3nued to expand its poraolio while
remaining focused on driving opera3onal efficiency through disciplined inventory and cost
management. At the same 3me, the Company further enhanced its mul3-channel capabili3es to
beier serve customers across both online and offline touchpoints.
