PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (“CMRY”) pada tanggal 09
Oktober 2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur CMRYDRCK6A sebagaimana disebutkan
dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang
akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur CMRYDRCK6A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
CMRYDRCK6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (“CMRY”) dated 9 th October
2025, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend.
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant CMRYDRCK6A as stated in the
Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be made to
structured warrant CMRYDRCK6A pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
