Business Developments
In April 2026, MPPA completed several initiatives to reorganize and expand its business portfolio. As part

management and development of the Company’s community-based retail operations.
During the same month, MPPA acquired PT Sunshine Food International (“SFI”) and PT Prima Cipta Lestari

MPPA’s presence in catering and restaurant operations and are expected to complement its core retail
business through opportunities in ready-to-eat products, food services, and supply-chain optimization.
MPPA also continued to develop Tomorrow World, a shopping-theme-park concept combining retail,
entertainment, and community experiences. In 2026, its development will focus on expanding its

Adrian Suherman, CEO of MPPA, commented, “MPPA recorded year-on-year improvements in key
financial indicators during the first half of 2026, reflecting continued progress in operational execution.
Our expanded business portfolio provides a broader platform to serve different customer segments and
create new growth opportunities alongside our core retail operations. We will focus on integrating these
businesses effectively and strengthening their operational foundations so they can contribute more
meaningfully to MPPA’s performance over time.”
Corporate Action Update
On 17 June 2026, MPPA obtained an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority of
Indonesia, or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”), for the implementation of the Company’s Eighth Limited
Public Offering with Pre-emptive Rights (“PMHMETD VIII”).
Following the completion of PMHMETD VIII, MPPA began utilizing the proceeds in July 2026, including for
asset acquisition. This initiative is intended to strengthen the Company’s operational capabilities, broaden
its business platform, and provide a stronger foundation for future growth.
Outlook
MPPA will remain focused on improving sales performance, maintaining operational discipline, and
strengthening productivity across its core retail operations, while continuing to integrate and develop its
broader business portfolio following the initiatives completed during the first half of the year.
These efforts will be carried out gradually, with a focus on operational alignment and sustainable business
development. MPPA remains committed to improving performance and strengthening its business
foundation over the longer term.
