Informasi Lain

Berdasarkan laporan keuangan konsolidasi tahunan Perseroan per 31 Desember 2024, PSP memberikan kontribusi
pendapatan di bawah 20% (dua puluh persen) dari pendapatan Perseroan. Dengan demikian, sesuai dengan Pasal 32
Peraturan OJK No. 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha ('POJK No. 17/2020'),
Perseroan tidak wajib memenuhi ketentuan menggunakan penilai, keterbukaan informasi, penyampaian informasi, atau
persetujuan RUPS sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK No. 17/2020. Tidak terdapat informasi/fakta/kejadian penting
lainnya yang material yang dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan usaha Perseroan yang
belum diungkapkan kepada Publik.

 Facts                                        of PT Pratama Satya Prima (as a subsidiary of the Company
                                              and referred to as 'PSP') No. 91 dated 15 Oktober 2025 made
                                              before Elizabeth Karina Leonita, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in South
                                              Jakarta, as approved by the Minister of Law based on Decree
                                              No. AHU-0070125.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 dated 15 October
                                              2025, and has been registered in the Company Register No.
                                              AHU-0242418.AH.01.11.TAHUN 2025 dated 15 October 2025,
                                              ('PSP Deed'), PSP has made adjustments to its business
                                              activities to comply with the provisions of the business field
                                              group as contained in the Regulation on the standard
                                              classification of business fields, in order to fulfill the provisions
                                              of the regulations regarding electronically integrated business
                                              licensing services, as well as the addition of new business
                                              activities.

Based on the Company's annual consolidated financial report as of December 31, 2024, PSP contributed less than
20% (twenty percent) of the Company's revenue. Therefore, in accordance with Article 32 of OJK Regulation No.
17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions and Changes in Business Activities ('POJK No. 17/2020'), the
Company is not required to comply with the provisions regarding the use of appraisers, information disclosure,
information submission, or GMS approval as stipulated in POJK No. 17/2020. There are no other material
information/facts/important events that could affect the price of the Company s securities and the continuity of the
Company's business that has not been disclosed to the public.
