Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Keuangan Republik
Indonesia Nomor KEP-00016/TRM-USD-CT/WPJ.07/2025
tentang Pencabutan Izin Menyelenggarakan Pembukuan
Dengan Menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dan Satuan Mata Uang
Dolar Amerika Serikat tertanggal 10 Oktober 2025, Perseroan
diwajibkan untuk melakukan penyesuaian dalam penyajian
laporan keuangannya.
Dengan demikian, mulai Tahun Buku 2026 laporan keuangan
Perseroan akan disusun dengan menggunakan Bahasa
Indonesia dan satuan mata uang Rupiah, sesuai dengan
ketentuan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Penyesuaian ini
juga dilakukan untuk memastikan praktik pelaporan keuangan
Perseroan tetap sejalan dengan prinsip tata kelola yang baik
serta mendukung transparansi bagi pemegang saham dan
pemangku kepentingan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak yang negatif atau material atas
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dilakukannya perubahan penggunaan mata uang pelaporan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dalam laporan keuangan Perseroan terhadap kegiatan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan
Perusahaan Publik usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Based on Decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of
Facts Indonesia Number KEP-00016/TRM-USDCT/WPJ.07/2025
concerning the Revocation of the License to Maintain
Bookkeeping Using English and the United States Dollar
Currency Unit, dated October 10, 2025, the Company is
required to make adjustments in the presentation of its
financial statements.
Therefore, starting in Fiscal Year 2026, the Companys
financial statements will be prepared using the Indonesian
language and the Rupiah currency unit, in accordance with
applicable laws and regulations. This adjustment is also made
to ensure the Companys financial reporting practices remain in
line with good governance principles and support transparency
for shareholders and stakeholders.
Impact of event, material information or The change in the use of reporting currency in the Company's
facts towards Issuers or Public Financial Statements has no negative or material impact on
Company’s operational activities, legal, the operational, legal, financial condition or business continuity
financial condition, or going concern of the Company.
