Group Tower Jakarta Utara dan dihadiri oleh Pemegang
Saham yang mewakili 96,86% dari seluruh saham dengan hak
suara sah, terdiri dari 185 Pemegang Saham yang melakukan
registrasi secara fisik dan 248 Pemegang Saham yang
mendaftar melalui eASY.KSEI. Tingginya tingkat kehadiran ini
mencerminkan dukungan dan kepercayaan Pemegang Saham
terhadap arah strategis dan prospek jangka panjang PANI,

Tower, North Jakarta and attended by Shareholders
representing 96.86% of the total shares with valid voting rights,
consisting of 185 Shareholders who registered physically and
248 Shareholders through eASY.KSEI. This high level of
attendance reflects the strong support and trust of the
Shareholders in PANIs strategic direction and long-term
