Kawasan Perdagangan Bebas Dan Pelabuhan Bebas Batam
(BP Batam) No. B-1354/A3.1/KL.01/9/2025 tertanggal 22
September 2025, menyampaikan dengan merujuk pada Surat
Pembebasan Alokasi Lahan dengan Prioritas Utama
Pengalokasian Nomor B/834/A3/LH.02/10/2017 serta Surat
Keputusan Kepala BP Batam No. 683 tahun 2017 tentang
pembatalan Pengalokasian Lahan dengan Prioritas Utama
Pengalokasian Lahan, Penggunaan dan Pengurusan Tanah
Atas Bagian-Bagian Tertentu Daripada Tanah Hak
Pengelolaan BP Batam, bahwa BP Batam telah membatalkan
alokasi lahan dan membatalkan seluruh dokumen sesuai
Gambar Penetapan Lokasi (PL) Nomor212.29050488.C1
tanggal 20 September 2012 terletak di wilayah Pantai Timur
sub wilayah Nongsa seluas 259.131 m2 yang diperuntukan
untuk Pariwisata atas nama PT Warga Tri Manunggal ( Entitas
Anak) .
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak operasional yang ditimbulkan, tidak ada dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional yang ditimbulkan karena pengerjaan fisik proyek
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, belum dijalankan.
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Dampak hukum yang ditimbulkan, Perseroan kehilangan hak
Perusahaan Publik pengelolaan lahan yang telah dialokasikan sebelumnya.
Dampak keuangan yang ditimbulkan, Equity Perseroan akan
berkurang sebesar harga perolehan lahan tersebut.
Dampak kelangsungan usaha, Perseroan belum dapat
mengembangkan proyek hospitality yang telah direncanakan
sebelumnya.

1354/A3.1/KL.01/9/2025 dated September 22, 2025, with
reference to the Letter of Land Allocation Release with Priority
Allocation No. B/834/A3/LH.02/10/2017 and the Decree of the
Head of BP Batam No. 683 of 2017 concerning the
cancellation of Land Allocation with Priority Land Allocation,
Use and Management of Land on Certain Parts of Land Under
the Management Rights of BP Batam, that BP Batam has
canceled the land allocation and canceled all documents in
accordance with Location Determination (PL) Number
212.29050488. C1 dated September 20, 2012, located in the
East Coast sub-region of Nongsa, covering an area of 259,131
m2, intended for tourism on behalf of PT Warga Tri Manunggal
Impact of event, material information or Operational impact: There is no operational impact because
facts towards Issuers or Public the physical work on the project has not yet been carried out.
Company’s operational activities, legal, Legal impact: The Company has lost its rights to manage the
financial condition, or going concern previously allocated land.
Financial impact: The Company's equity will be reduced by the
acquisition price of the land.
Business continuity impact: The Company has not been able
to develop the previously planned hospitality project.
