IV. Summary of the Q&A Session
The following are the questions asked by participants and the answers given by the Company's
respective management in this Incidental Public Expose, which are summarized from questions
submitted via the Q&A facility on the Google Meeting application :
1. Andrey - General Investor
Question: Does the Company have plans for inorganic growth?
Answer: Plan for inorganic growth is certainly part of the Company's strategy. Currently, this
plan is still under discussion and being reviewed thoroughly by our management. We have not
disclosed any information to the public as no agreement has been reached yet. Discussion is
still ongoing.
In accordance with Indonesian Stock Exchange regulations, the Company will disclose
information if any Material Transactions resulted from this discussion.
2. Jaka Muis – General Investor
Question:
In midst of economic turmoil, the Company has managed to maintain its long-term national
rating at A(idn) with a stable outlook. The Company has held this rating for the past three years
since 2022. According to the Board of Directors, what are the main factors contributing to the
stability of this national rating?
Answer:
Some of the key rating drivers that contributes to the stability of national rating are as
followings:
a) Market leader and strong distribution network: Samator Indo Gas is the largest industrial
gas manufacturer in Indonesia, with around 40% market share in 2024 based on Gasworld
data . It is also the country's leader in medical gas, holding a 75%-80% share. The
Company’ established and wide distribution network is a strong barrier to competition.
b) Margin Recovery : On top of that, we are projected to have recovery in EBITDA margin
with the company aiming to focus on higher-margin products, such as mixed and specialty
gas, to improve profitability.
c) Diversified End-Market: The company has a well-diversified customer base, with the top
20 customers making up only around 20% of its total gas revenue. Samator Indo Gas serves
diverse sectors, including healthcare, infrastructure, consumer goods and retail.
3. Ruth Pasaribu – General investor
Question:
What is the Company's performance outlook for 2026?
Answer:
In terms of revenue or topline, we are targeting sales growth of 2–2.5x of Gross Domestic
Product (GDP). We will pursue revenue growth both organically (i.e. new customer
acquisitions, new product applications, and the addition of new product variations at existing
filling stations) and inorganically.
In terms of costs, we continue to optimize costs by reducing non-value-added activities,
postponing or reducing non-critical expenditures, and simplifying processes through
centralization and automation to improve profitability.

4. Intan – General investor
Question: What is the reason for Matrix Capital Limited, one of the Company's investors,
selling some part of their shares ownership?
Answer: The sale of the shares owned by Matrix was carried out to comply with Indonesian
Stock Exchange requirement, regarding free float shares, whereby Public Issuers are required
to have a minimum of 7.5% of outstanding shares as free float shares.
The Company has complied with this regulation through the sale of 6,827,940 (six million eight
hundred twenty-seven thousand nine hundred forty) shares by Matrix, equivalent to 0.22% of
the total outstanding shares.
5. Riani – General Investor
Question: Currently, the Company has 58 plants across 29 provinces of Indonesia. Are there
any plans to increase plant capacity?
Answer: At the end of 2025, we plan to begin commissioning of 2 (two) plants in Batam,
namely a liquefaction plant and an on-site nitrogen plant for one of our customers. Currently,
both plants are in the completion stage.
Other than that, we have no plans to build more plants. We will utilize the existing plant
capacity, which is currently sufficient to meet the industrial gas needs in Indonesia, considering
that our network is spread across almost all islands in Indonesia.
