Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan mendapatkan fasilitas pembiayaan dari PT Bank
BCA Syariah (BCA Syariah) dengan Nilai Transaksi sebesar
Rp60.000.000.000,00 (enam puluh miliar rupiah), yang terdiri
atas pencairan pertama sebesar Rp12.500.000.000,00 (dua
belas miliar lima ratus juta rupiah), dan sisa fasilitas sebesar
Rp47.500.000.000,00 (empat puluh tujuh miliar lima ratus juta
rupiah) yang direncanakan akan dicairkan pada akhir Agustus
2026.
Dana pembiayaan tersebut akan digunakan untuk refinancing
dan pembelian perangkat server data center, pembiayaan
modal kerja usaha, serta jaminan atas tender maupun
pelaksanaan proyek sesuai kebutuhan operasional Perseroan
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi akan meningkatkan liabilitas Perseroan sesuai nilai
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan fasilitas pembiayaan, namun penambahan fasilitas
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, pembiayaan ini diharapkan memberikan dampak positif
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau terhadap pengembangan usaha dan memperkuat struktur
Perusahaan Publik pendanaan Perseroan dalam mendukung kegiatan usaha.
Perseroan memiliki kewajiban pembayaran margin/bunga
serta pokok pembiayaan sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam
Akad Pemberian Limit Fasilitas Pembiayaan (Line Facility).

Description of Material Information or The Company obtained a financing facility from PT Bank BCA
Facts Syariah (BCA Syariah) with a transaction value of IDR
60,000,000,000.00 (sixty billion rupiah), consisting of an initial
disbursement of IDR 12,500,000,000.00 (twelve billion five
hundred million rupiah), and the remaining facility of IDR
47,500,000,000.00 (forty-seven billion five hundred million
rupiah) which is planned to be disbursed by the end of August
2026.
The financing funds will be used for refinancing and
purchasing data center server equipment, financing working
capital, and guarantees for tenders and project implementation
according to the Company's operational needs.
Impact of event, material information or The transaction will increase the Companys liabilities in
facts towards Issuers or Public accordance with the value of the financing facility. However,
Company’s operational activities, legal, this additional financing facility is expected to have a positive
financial condition, or going concern impact on business development and strengthen the
Company's funding structure to support business activities.
The Company is obligated to pay margin/interest and principal
in accordance with the provisions of the Financing Facility Limit
Agreement (Line Facility).
