Hasil RUPST tanggal 16 Mei 2025 mengenai Persetujuan Perubahan Pengurus Perseroan. 2. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk telah menerima keputusan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) melalui surat nomor SR- 418/PB.02/2025 tanggal 09 Oktober 2025 perihal Keputusan atas Pengangkatan Anggota Direksi PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. Adapun Salinan Keputusan Dewan Komisioner OJK menerangkan bahwa OJK menyetujui: 1. Kemas Erwan Husainy sebagai Direktur Retail Banking: 2. Muharto Hadi Suprapto sebagai Direktur Information Technology. 3. Terhadap keputusan OJK tersebut diatas dan berdasarkan laporan kepada Departemen Perbankan Syariah OJK, dapat kami informasikan bahwa yang bersangkutan efektif menjabat per tanggal 13 Oktober 2025. 1.
