The sales of BUMI shares by Chengdong have caused the
percentage of voting rights held by CIC in BUMI (through its
indirect subsidiaries as further elaborated in section 9 of this
report below) to reach 8.99% on 9 October 2025 through
the sale of 50,846,800 shares at an average price of 145.42
on that date.

Penjualan saham BUMI oleh Chengdong telah
menyebabkan persentase hak suara yang dimiliki oleh CIC
di BUMI (melalui anak perusahaan tidak langsungnya
sebagaimana dijelaskan lebih lanjut pada bagian 9 laporan
ini di bawah ini) mencapai 8,99% pada tanggal 9 Oktober
2025 setelah penjualan 50.846.800 saham dengan harga
rata-rata 145,42 pada tanggal tersebut.

Corporation (“Best Co”) and Flourish Investment
Corporation (“Flourish Co”) with the following details:

(“Best Co”) dan Flourish Investment Corporation (“Flourish

Ltd. which further holds 100% shares in Chengdong.
