Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sesuai Surat OJK yang telah ditetapkan pada tanggal 17
September 2025, Bahwa Bahwa perdagangan saham di Bursa
Efek Indonesia sejak 9 April 2025 (lowest level IHSG tahun
2025) sampai dengan 11 September 2025, telah menunjukkan
perbaikan. Namun demikian, dalam 2 (dua) pekan terakhir,
yaitu periode 25 Agustus s.d. 11 September 2025, IHSG
mengalami pelemahan -2,26% dan tercatat net sell sebesar
Rp9,25 triliun, sehingga secara ytd tercatat net sell sebesar
Rp61,70 triliun.
Berkenaan dengan kondisi tersebut di atas, serta dalam
rangka langkah antisipatif untuk penguatan stabilitas di Pasar
Modal dari potensi yang dapat berdampak terhadap stabilitas
Pasar Modal baik di domestik, regional dan global, Otoritas
Jasa Keuangan menetapkan kondisi lain sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam Pasal 2 huruf g POJK Nomor 13 Tahun 2023
sebagai kondisi pasar yang berfluktuasi secara signifikan.

Type of Material Information or Facts Fluctuating Market Conditions
Description of Material Information or In accordance with the OJK Letter issued on September 17,
Facts 2025, stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from
April 9, 2025 (the lowest level of the IHSG in 2025) to
September 11, 2025, has shown improvement. However, in
the last two weeks, namely the period from August 25 to
September 11, 2025, the IHSG experienced a decline of -
2.26% and recorded a net sell of IDR 9.25 trillion, resulting in a
year-to-date
net sell of IDR 61.70 trillion.
In light of the aforementioned conditions, and as part of
anticipatory measures to strengthen stability in the
Capital Market from potential impacts on Capital Market
stability at the domestic, regional, and global levels, the
Financial Services Authority has designated the conditions
referred to in Article 2(g) of POJK No. 13 of 2023 as conditions
of significant market fluctuation.
