Halmahera Utara Senilai 600 Juta USD (10 Triliun Rupiah)
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (IDX: CUAN) dengan ini
mengumumkan bahwa anak perusahaan yang dimiliki
sepenuhnya, yaitu PT Volta Daya Energi Indonesia (VDEI)
telah menandatangani Share Purchase Agreement (SPA)
untuk pembelian 90% saham di PT Guna Darma Integra (GDI).
GDI akan mengembangkan proyek Pembangkit Listrik
berkapasitas 680 MW di kawasan industri terintegrasi Feni
Haltim (FHT) Industrial Park, Halmahera Timur, Maluku Utara.
Nilai estimasi proyek diperkirakan mencapai US$ 600 juta
(atau setara dengan Rp 10 triliun) dengan target pelaksanaan
pembangunan proyek selama 28 bulan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan selesainya Transaksi, maka Perseroan akan menjadi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pemegang saham secara tidak langsung atas 90% saham di
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dalam GDI.

anak-anak usahanya sehingga dapat memberikan nilai lebih
kepada para pemangku kepentingan Perseroan di masa
mendatang.

Description of Material Information or PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk (IDX: CUAN) hereby announces
Facts that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PT Volta Daya Energi
Indonesia (VDEI) has signed a Share Purchase Agreement
(SPA) for the purchase of a 90% shares in PT Guna Darma
Integra (GDI).
GDI will develop a 680 MW Power Plant project in the Feni
Haltim (FHT) Industrial Park integrated industrial estate, East
Halmahera, North Maluku. The estimated value of the project
is estimated to reach US$ 600 million (or equivalent to Rp 10
trillion) with a target of implementing project construction for 28
months.
Impact of event, material information or Upon completion of the Transaction, the Company will

which generally aims to increase the Companys assets,
