     TRANSFER OF SHARES RESULTING FROM THE SHARE BUYBACK OF
                           THE COMPANY


Referring to the Disclosure of Information regarding the implementation plan for the
transfer of shares from the Company's Share Buyback which has been announced on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange website and the Company's website which was published on
October 8, 2025 ("Information Disclosure "), we hereby inform you that the implementation
period of the transfer of shares resulting from the share buyback of the Company which
was originally will take place from 13 October, 2025 until completion, has been adjusted to
become from 23 October, 2025 until completion.

Other information in the Information Disclosure remains unchanged.
