              Bumi Resources – Acquisition of Wolfram Limited (Australia)

Jakarta, 8 October 2025

PT Bumi Resources Tbk (“Bumi Resources”), the world’s largest thermal coal exporter and one of
the largest global coal companies, has successfully acquired a 99.68% ownership stake in Wolfram
Limited (“Wolfram”), an Australian-based gold and copper mining company, and will complete the
acquisition to 100% in November 2025.

The acquisition follows the term sheet agreement signed earlier this year and has now been finalized
after securing approval from the Australian Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB). This marks
an important milestone in Bumi Resources’ diversification strategy, extending the company’s
portfolio into strategic and critical minerals as well as downstream opportunities.
