Description of the Material Information or Fact On October 7, 2025, the Company conducted a purchase transaction of 126,599,340 shares, representing 99.6896 shares in WFL, a company established under the laws of Western Australia, with a transaction value of Rp696,777,347,745 or eguivalent to AUD63,299,670. This transaction is an initial payment in a series of transactions related to the Company's plan to acguire 10076 of the shares in WFL. Next payment is planned to be made at the end of October 2025, whereby the Company will acguire 0.324 of WFL shares with a value of IDR2,205,207,230 or eguivalent to AUD200,335. Accordingly, as of November 2025, the Company will become the holder of 10046 shares in WFL, with a total transaction value of IDR698,982,554,975 or eguivalent to AUD63,500,005. This acguisition of WFL is a strategic move in line with the Company's transformation plan and part of the Company's business diversification program outside the coal sector. The impact of such material occurrence, information or fact on the operating activities, legal impact, financial conditions, or going concern of the Issuer or Public Company.
