kami menyampaikan Laporan Informasi sebagaimana
terlampir.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penyertaan modal Perseroan ke PGEK merupakan langkah
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan strategis untuk memperkuat posisi Perseroan dalam rantai nilai
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, energi panas bumi nasional. Dengan dukungan permodalan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau ini, PGEK dapat mempercepat tahapan pengembangan
Perusahaan Publik proyek di WKP Kotamobagu yang berpotensi menghasilkan
listrik panas bumi sebesar 280 MW.
Secara keseluruhan, transaksi ini mendukung target transisi
dan swasembada energi nasional, sejalan dengan visi
Perseroan menjadi pemain utama energi hijau nasional serta
pencapaian target kapasitas terpasang mandiri 1 GW dalam 2-
3 tahun ke depan

Impact of event, material information or The Company's capital participation in PGEK is a strategic
facts towards Issuers or Public step to strengthen the Company's position in the national
Company’s operational activities, legal, geothermal energy value chain. With this capital support,
financial condition, or going concern PGEK can accelerate the development stages of the
Kotamobagu WKP project, which has the potential to generate
280 MW of geothermal electricity.
Overall, this transaction supports the national energy transition
and self-sufficiency targets, in line with the Company's vision
of becoming a major player in national green energy and
achieving its target of 1 GW of independent installed capacity
in the next 2-3 years.
