Ltd. pada PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (“Perseroan”) Dengan Hormat, Sehubungan dengan adanya informasi yang kami terima dari salah satu pemegang saham Perseroan, yaitu Green Era Energy Pte. Ltd. (“Green Era”), mengenai perubahan posisi pencatatan sahamnya di dalam Perseroan, bersama ini kami sampaikan penjelasan sebagai berikut: 1. Berdasarkan data pemegang saham yang diterbitkan oleh PT Datindo Entrycom selaku biro administrasi efek Perseroan (“BAE”) tertanggal 30 September 2025, diketahui bahwa kepemilikan saham Green Era pada Perseroan adalah sebanyak 29.329.193.100 lembar saham (21,92243/ dari jumlah seluruh saham yang telah dikeluarkan Perseroan). 2. Berdasarkan konfirmasi yang kami terima dari Green Era, dapat kami sampaikan bahwa pemindahan 2 (dua) miliar saham BREN pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2025 merupakan pemindahan antar rekening kustodian (custodian account transfer) atas transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Green Era pada tanggal 22 Agustus 2025 dan bukan merupakan transaksi jual beli atau perubahan kepemilikan saham. Dengan demikian, Green Era tetap tercatat sebagai pemilik dan pemegang saham yang sama atas 2 (dua) miliar saham dimaksud. 3. Pada tanggal 29 September 2025 dan 1 Oktober 2025, Green Era melakukan penjualan saham sebanyak 77.400.000 lembar saham (0,057854 dari jumlah PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk Wisma Barito Pacific II, 23rd Floor Jl. Ltd. in PT Barito Renewables Energy Tbk (the “Company”) Dear Sir, In connection with the information we have received from one of the Company's shareholders, namely Green Era Energy Pte. Ltd. (“Green Era”), regarding the change in the recording position of its shares in the Company, we hereby convey the following explanation: 1. Based on the shareholders' registry issued by PT Datindo Entrycom, as the Company's Share Registrar (“BAE”), dated 30 September 2025, it is recorded that Green Era's shareholding in the Company amounted to 29,329,193,100 shares, representing 21.92243”9 of the total issued shares of the Company. 2. Based on the confirmation we have received from Green Era, we hereby inform you that the transfer of 2 (two) billion BREN shares on 2 October 2025 was a custodian account transfer relating to a transaction carried out by Green Era on 22 August 2025, and did not constitute a sale, purchase, or change of ownership. Accordingly, Green Era remains recorded as the same owner and shareholder of the said 2 (two) billion shares. 3. On 29 September 2025 and 1 October 2025, Green Era conducted the sale of 77,400,000 shares (representing 0.05785/ of the total issued shares of the Company) and 9,190,000
