Dengan ini Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa pada The Company hereby informs that it is currently
saat ini Perseroan sedang menjalankan Program conducting the Phase I MESOP Program, which is
MESOP Tahap 1 yang dilaksanakan selama 31 hari being executed over a period of 31 days,
sejak tanggal 1 Oktober 2025 hingga tanggal 31 commencing on October 1, 2025, and concluding
Oktober 2025. Program MESOP Tahap II akan on October 31, 2025. The Phase II MESOP
diselenggarakan pada bulan Desember 2025. Program is scheduled to be held in December
2025.
